Where loading takes place around the clock, Hörmann DT dock shelters prove the ideal choice not least because of their particularly high-grade flap material. When the dock shelters are frequently used, the higher initial purchase costs are soon recouped on account of the minimum maintenance costs. The pockets for the leaf springs are high-frequency welded. In this way, an absolutely tear-proof connection is formed. In the case of collision damage, a leaf spring can be quickly and easily replaced, without having to change the entire side flap.
The DT dock shelter is available in three versions:
DTL - dock-height model with link arm DTS - dock-height model with scissor arm DTS-G - roadway model with scissor arm

Side flaps, head flap
High-frequency welded flap material in polyester with special fabric insert coated on both sides with PVC and galvanized steel leaf stays with a high tensile force, approx. 2 mm thick. Surface weight approx. 2000 g/m². Side flaps 650 mm wide
Head flap available in a height of 900, 1000, 1200 or 1350 mm.
Cladding at sides and top
Base fabric of polyester threads, coated on both sides with PVC.
