Hörmann UK has strengthened its Perimeter Protection Systems (PPS) division with the appointment of Mark Wood as Perimeter Protection Systems Manager. Based at the company's Coalville headquarters, he brings over 17 years of specialist experience in the perimeter security sector, with a strong focus on Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) and high-security solutions.

With a strong industry background that includes key roles at Hill & Smith and Cova Security Gates, Mark has been instrumental in delivering advanced perimeter protection systems for critical infrastructure and high-risk sites. His technical expertise is complemented by a solid foundation in project management and a proven ability to develop strategic relationships with architects, security consultants, main contractors, and end users.
