Hörmann courtyard sliding gates, made from sturdy steel profiles, are supplied as a single unit with an opening width of up to 16 metres. In this way, a width of 32 metres can be achieved with opposing systems. The construction is self-supporting. The advantages: very little foundation work required No guide rails to install, and no disruption to the door travel in the event of ice, snow or heavy soiling. A soft-start function is integrated as standard in all door variants for impulse control with soft door start-up – this protects the door and operator components.
