Sports hall doors

The Hörmann sports hall door complies with the ‘Schools’ accident prevention regulations of the statutory accident insurance scheme (GUV-V S1). The door leaf has been tested in accordance with DIN 18032-3 and has bounce-resistance. The door frame comprises stable square tubes with horizontal reinforcement struts and has been well prepared for an on-site infill. Counter weights and impact dampers ensure safe and effortless door operation.

Sports hall doors are generally hinged on the inside of the opening and sit flush with the interior wall of the hall. They do not swing into the hall during opening and do not project into it when open.
